Terms of Service

Last updated: October 1, 2026

OVERVIEW

Welcome to Tallora. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Tallora (tallora.store), operated by Lucas Diez, a sole trader based in Spain. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). Tallora is powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy (the "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read them carefully. By visiting or using the Services, or by placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. You agree that all information you provide, such as your email, billing, payment and shipping details, is correct, current and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and device settings. Product descriptions may be updated at any time. We may discontinue any product and limit the quantities sold to any person or region.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY

Our products are cosmetic products for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please read the full ingredient list before use, and do not use the product if you are allergic to any of its ingredients. We recommend a patch test on a small area of skin 24 hours before first use. Stop using the product if irritation occurs, and consult a healthcare professional if it persists. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

SECTION 4 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If this happens, we will notify you and refund any payment in full.

Your right to cancel your order and return products is set out in our Refund Policy. You confirm that your purchases are for personal use and not for resale.

SECTION 5 – PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Delivery is free on all orders. Depending on your country, import duties or local taxes may apply; where this is the case, we will tell you before you complete your purchase.

Prices and promotions may change at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. You agree to provide accurate payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and usually delivered within 4–6 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs or events outside our control. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

The products are your responsibility from the moment they are delivered to you or to an address you have chosen. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, please contact us and we will help you.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services, including the Tallora name, logo, text, images, graphics and videos, belongs to Lucas Diez or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any of our content without our prior written permission. Shopify's name and logo are trademarks of Shopify.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

The Services may include tools, content or links provided by third parties. We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. Your use of third-party tools or websites is at your own discretion and subject to their own terms.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Tallora is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Tallora (Lucas Diez). By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Tallora, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Tallora.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY

All personal information we collect is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Because our store is hosted by Shopify, some information is also processed by Shopify in accordance with its own privacy policy.

SECTION 11 – REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK

If you send us reviews, comments, suggestions or other content ("Feedback"), you allow us to use, publish and display it, free of charge and in any medium, to operate and promote the Services. You confirm that your Feedback is honest, reflects your genuine experience, does not infringe anyone's rights and does not contain anything unlawful, offensive or misleading. We may remove Feedback that breaks these rules.

SECTION 12 – ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

Occasionally, information on the Services may contain errors, for example in descriptions, prices or availability. We reserve the right to correct them at any time. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES

You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You must not use the Services to break any law, infringe intellectual property, harass anyone, send spam, impersonate others, upload malicious code, collect other people's personal information, or copy or scrape the Services using bots, scrapers or automated tools. We may suspend or close your account if you break these rules.

SECTION 14 – AUTOMATED AGENTS

Any software agent or automated tool that accesses the Services on someone's behalf must clearly identify itself as an agent in every request (including "Agent/[agent name]" in the user agent string), must not hide that it is automated or bypass CAPTCHAs or other security measures, and must stop accessing the Services if we ask it to. We may limit or block automated access at any time.

SECTION 15 – TERMINATION

We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should continue to apply (such as Intellectual Property, Liability and Governing Law) will continue after termination.

SECTION 16 – OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU

We provide the Services with reasonable care and skill. As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described, and nothing in these Terms affects those rights.

We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, losses not caused by our breach of these Terms, business losses, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

SECTION 17 – YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

You agree to compensate us for any reasonable costs or losses we suffer as a direct result of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY, WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the rest will remain in full effect. If we do not enforce any right immediately, we can still enforce it later. These Terms, together with the policies referred to in them, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.

SECTION 19 – TRANSFER OF THESE TERMS

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer our rights to another business, provided this does not reduce your rights as a consumer.

SECTION 20 – GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. However, if you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom or another country, you will still benefit from the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country, and you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.

If you have a problem, please contact us first: we will do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly. If you live in the EU, you can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

SECTION 21 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. The Terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.
